Uploading Your Artwork
Once your order is placed and paid for, you'll be asked to upload your jpeg artwork directly to your order. It's good practice to use our templates when creating your artwork to ensure that your artwork meets our specs to avoid unnecessary delays.

Check your artwork before uploading.
Before uploading and approving your artwork, confirm that your
artwork meets the following requirements:
- File resolution is 300 dpi
- Files are the correct size / dimensions (a 4x6 should be 4.25x6.25)
- 0.125" or 1/8" Bleeds should be added to all sides (a 4x6 should be 4.25x6.25)
- All text and important images are at least 1/4" away from the edges
- Color mode: CMYK
- Saved as highest quality .JPG files*
- Separate files for each side

Here is the easiest way to upload artwork directly to your order:
- Login to Your Account
- Choose View Orders
- Select the correct order then choose View Order Details
- Select the Artwork Tab
- Choose Upload New Artwork
You can also upload files below and link them to your order from your Assets within your online account.
Any artwork that is uploaded here is saved to your 'Assets' in your account. You can attach assets to your order within your account.
Email Your Files
All files should be uploaded via our website, but in some cases, large files for orders/jobs can be "zipped" (.zip) and e-mailed to orders @ theflyerguys.com (no spaces).
If your .zip file is larger than 12mb please use YouSendIt.com or SendSpace.com to send files to orders @ theflyerguys.com (no spaces).
Please include your order # in the subject. Example: Artwork files for order # xxxxxx
We can create your artwork for you. Just add our professional design service to your order.
Our Design Service can be added to any product under additional options on the product's intant price page. You'll complete our easy design brief after placing your order where you can upload logos, images, text and provide relevent information about your design project. Once we receive your design brief, a member of our design team may contact you to go over the details if necessary.
We will then begin your design project and provide artwork proofs for your review within the 'Need Designs By' turnaround time that you selected when placing your order. Your proofs will be made available within your online account at TheFlyerGuys.com where you can provide feedback, changes, corrections, as well as approve or reject your designs. After approval we will print your project.
There's no need to worry about file requirements when we design your project. We'll take care of all of the details, leaving you more time to run your business.
