Turnaround Times

 

Printing Turnaround Times:

Printing turnaround times vary for each product and are listed on the product page(s). Rush 1-2 day production is available for many printing quanities and design services. Our printing presses run during normal business hours Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

Please Note: Our cut-off times are 8:00 am for 1-2 business day turnaround and 9:00 am for all other turnaround times. Turnaround times DO NOT include shipping times. Weekends and holidays do not count towards turnaround time.

Here are examples of how our turnaround times work:


1-2 Business Days*

  • Files uploaded Monday before 8:00 am PST for Pink Zone or 8:00 a.m. EST for Blue Zone will be printed on Monday and shipped on the Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • Files uploaded Monday after 8:00 am PST for Pink Zone or 8:00 a.m. EST for Blue Zone will be printed on Tuesday and shipped on Wednesday or Thursday.
     

2-3 Business Days

  • Files uploaded Monday before 9:00 am PST for Pink Zone or 9:00 a.m. EST for Blue Zone will be shipped on Wednesday or Thursday.
  • Files uploaded Monday after 9:00 am PST for Pink Zone or 9:00 a.m. EST for Blue Zone will be shipped on Thursday or Friday.

 

*1-2 business day orders are almost always printed in 1 business day. We list 1-2 business days as a precaution in the event that something goes wrong with your order. Artwork can be uploaded on any day of the week. Monday is used above only as an example.

Design Turnaround Times:

Design turnaround times vary for each product and are listed on the product page(s). The design turnaround time selected with your order means that you will receive your design proofs within the stated turnaround time. Design turnaround times do not include design revisions, printing or shipping times. Our design turnaround times are based on the time your order is placed. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 5 pm with 2 day turnaround, you will receive your design proofs by the end of the business day on Wednesday.

 

UPS Delivery Times:

With multiple printing facilities in the U.S., our printed products are usually delivered in 2 business days or less to anywhere in the Continental U.S. via UPS Ground services (See Map). Although we can't be responsible for UPS shipping delays, there's really no need to select 3 day or 2 day shipping when selecting a shipping method at TheFlyerGuys.com.
